April Letter From our Director of Missions,

Let me begin this update letter by first thanking each and every one of you for your prayers and financial support. My goal is to regularly update you on the activities of Evangelize4Life by posting various ministry outings on our website. God is giving evangelize4life and its partners opportunities to reach all people groups with the gospel of Jesus Christ. For this reason, we are asking that you continue to pray for our ministry.

Throughout scripture we find that major advancement of the kingdom of God occurs when the Lord’s people continually devote themselves to prayer. For example, Jesus instructed His disciples to return to Jerusalem and tarry or wait for the Holy Spirit. He would empower them to fulfill the Great Commission. While in the Upper Room one hundred and twenty followers of Jesus Christ began praying for the coming of the Holy Spirit for ten days. Their unity and oneness would be crucial as they prepared to take the gospel to the known world in the power of the Holy Spirit.

“These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication…” (Acts 14)

Peter filled with the spirit preached in Jerusalem and three thousand people were saved. It began with prayer and unity among believers. Please join us in our call to preach the gospel to all people groups. In order to accomplish this task we need the power of God on our ministry.  Charles Spurgeon writes in chapter eleven of his book titled An All-Round Ministry: Addressees to Minister and Students writes, “If, therefore, omnipotence be not within hail, and if the miracle-working power is not within us, then the sooner we go home, and plough the fields, or open shop, or cast up accounts, the better.”

We pray that God be glorified through E4L and that many come to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through our ministry. In order to continue to “fight the good fight of faith,” and “contend earnestly for the faith,” we also need your financial support. Those of you that have not committed to monthly supporting Evangelize4Life, please consider sending a one- time gift or commit to giving $25, $50, $100, or more per month. Thank you in advance for both your prayers and financial support.

God Bless,

Steven Glover and the Glover family.

P.S.  Please check out the website regularly to keep up with how we are impacting the community for Christ.  In March we engaged many people groups and faiths in several open forums, did the work of street evangelism regularly, hosted two webinar training seminars, and engaged in one-on-one discipleship.  Our current prayer needs include: a vehicle (Steven’s van was stolen and totaled on Christmas Eve of 2012, prayer partners for the Pentecost to Passion year of prayer (sign up here) and financial support for our missionary family.

A Letter From our Director of Missions,

The Apostle Paul writes to the church located in Philippi thanking them for their financial support. They had given a monetary gift to his ministry ten years earlier in order to assist him in his missionary efforts. He writes, “Nevertheless you have done well that you shared in my affliction…no church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving but you alone for even in Thessalonica you sent a gift more than once for needs. Not that I seek the gift itself but I seek for the profit which increases to your account…a sweet-smelling aroma, and acceptable sacrifice, well pleasing to God.” (Philippians 4:14-18)

It was their initial financial sacrifice and support which allowed him to preach the gospel in Thessalonica and Berea. His partnership with the Philippians helped Paul meet his monetary obligations, resulting in dividends being accredited to their eternal accounts. “There is one who scatters, yet increases all the more…The generous man will be prosperous, And he who waters will himself be watered…” (Proverbs 11:24-25)
The reason is that according to the Old Testament sacrificial system, any offering given must be given with the right motives. Ultimately, God was pleased with the spiritual sacrifice of the Philippians and considered it to be “sweet-smelling aroma.” In return, Paul reminds them that God would restore their depleted resources out of His abundant riches.

As Evangelize4Life Mission Service Corporation reaches our Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the utter most part of the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ, we too are dependent upon your partnership and financial support. Please consider giving sacrificially to our ministry in order that God might consider your monetary gift a sweet-smelling aroma and credit to your heavenly account, eternal rewards. In addition, I hope and pray that with your heart felt sacrificial giving, God would give increase to you in proportion to His infinite resources.

God Bless,

Steven Glover

What others are saying

“Hello Steven,Thank you for your leadership at the Conference and today in the mission field. The LORD was good to us today. Let’s pray that those sown seeds would continue to grow.

I ordered videos and tracts this evening from Living Waters. Of those, I am donating 500 “Are You Good Enough To Go To Heaven?” tracts, 400 “Are You A Good Person?” tracts and 55 “180” videos to Evangelism 4 Life Mission Corp. I wanted to let you know in advance so you can plan accordingly.”

“Hello Steven
I met you yesterday and I promised I would email you since I had to work today.
I had a really good time and I wish I could have been there today.
My current status in evangelism is; sharing the gospel at university of Toledo,
and Internet evangelism where I can talk to people all over the world. I also
pass out Bible tracts everywhere I go.”

“Bro. Steven, My heart rejoices whenever our Lord puts like-minded brothers together. I’m looking forward to the coming days, Lord willing, where we can soldier together in obedience to His calling to “make disciples”.”

“It was great to go out and share the gospel this week and I am already looking forward to going out again. I want to share with you that I have been praying for you and I believe the Lord is pressing upon me to begin to support Evangelize 4 Life on a monthly basis.

“Steven, I am greatly encouraged by what I see God doing through this ministry and I believe He is pleased in what is happening. I am excited about partnering with you and look forward to seeing what God is going to do!”
